15% loss = 43lb
I stalled out at 247 for 3 weeks, but I finally dropped those 2 pounds!! I hit 245lb today, which is my third mini-goal = 15% loss!! :yay: I've also lost 4 inches off my bust, 5 inches off my waist, and 5 inches off my hips!

I love the way you're setting goals. Until recently I'd been too afraid to commiting to a goal. I have now... and... have almost found it be a bit liberating in some strange way. Until I set that goal, my only goal had been not to quit. Now that I actually have a goal in place, I feel like I'm working toward something tangible.
Not sure how long this wave will last, but I'm going to ride it as long as I can. So... again... I'm trying to say that I admire the way you've set goals and are meeting them. Please keep us posted. You've inspired me to keep my eyes on my next goal which is 3 lbs away. |

Thanks all! It's been a pretty great week - hitting that goal totally reenergized me to get back on track!
I love having the mini-goals to focus on... notice though, that I was pretty generous with the timing. ;) Wanted to be realistic, but also not psych myself out if I didn't meet a tight deadline. I planned for 1% a week until I hit 215, then only .5% each week. |
