My first goal was to lose 33lbs, which is 10% of my body weight and I reached that goal in two months! My next goal is losing 40lbs by February 2011, totally doable. I'm gonna ramp up the exercise so I continue losing steadily. My first month, I lost 21.6lbs. This past month, I lost 13.8lbs. I should be on the Biggest Loser with these type of numbers, lol!
