Throwing off stones
Setting mini goals was for me never really motivating, as I used to forget to note them down or after achieving them, lost the achievement shortly after again.
So, now I try to stick to keep up with setting and reaching my in-between-goals. I am now 70 days on my diet and lost so far my first stone :) This is kind of a little sensation, because I was never able to stick to a diet that long! I also found that my blood pressure, which used to be in the pre-hypertensional stage, is now down to 99/64, and I am feeling great. So, the next mini goal is..who would think?... the next stone :D |

I tend to work in lbs these days (ie 190s 180s ect) There's less numbers between goals lol. But it's always great to see another stone go down. Keep up the good work. |
