Well, technically it's my third, since I'm counting every 5lb lost a reward. It might seem silly that way, but if I did it every 10lbs, I would get so upset and discouraged and bored. 5lbs is just enough time to keep me on my toes and stuff.
Well, anyway, today was a big one for me. For the last week or so I've been bouncing around- 171.6, 171.2, 171.6, over and over and over. I never saw just "171" and was getting frustrated, thinking I was doing something wrong. I thought, 'without my allergy pills and the ability to actually exercise beyond stretches and some weights, I'll never knock these last 2.2 lbs out!' But today I hopped on the scale, after getting out of bed and stepping in a kitten litter box, then being peed on by said kitten, already in a bad mood to begin with---, and lo and behold- an even 170!
I've officially lost 15lbs now!
I couldn't have done it without this site and you wonderful people.
Next mini-goal: 20lb!
