Mini Goals .......each stone at a time
 

I am starting this thread as an incentive , i have lost some weight but not my full stone yet, but i have started my journey from fresh. gona start with the pic of my heaviest and a one from now there is aprox 10lbs diff but its about a year apart and i fell on and off the wagon so my real journey starts from pic 2 but its not where i started as pic one was my heaviest EVER aprox 10 / 11 months ago.Then i will continue with a pic after each mile stone i set my self. Aslong as im seeing the difference and i can show you lot and you can see , its all good for motivation Here goes.
Aplogise the pics arn the greatest but i have had 2 do some cropping as they wouldnt upload otherwise

Stones are nice motivating little units, aren't they? Weighing in lbs or kg is much trickier I find, as they meld into each other, 182lbs and 181lbs are not that far apart, but from 13st0 to 12st13 is a huge milestone. I'm nearly up to my first stone now, got a 2.5 stone target for an operation in January then another 1.5 for easter (to make allowances for being ill post-op).
