my family has been trying to be pretty supportive. For the most part, they need to GAIN weight. But we mostly have healthy foods. Anyway, last night we went grocery shopping. DH and one of my sons were talking abot the donuts. (i'm not sure we've EVER bought donuts, rarely DH brings them home from work.)
Dh kinda looked at me, like is it ok? I'm sure he doesn't want to do anything to mess up my progress. I told them all, I'm not tempted. It's not worth it to me to have to run for an hour to burn it off. I walked away. Those donuts are in the fridge, and i still am not really tempted.

not that long ago, i think i really would be tempted, and eat 1/2 of one or more.

Ugh...I need to borrow some of your willpower right now. I was asked to make a cheesecake for a coworker's birthday-first baking since dieting....The crust is cooking right now and smells heavenly :(
