Red face today is full of win
Not an official goal, but today I stepped on the scale and weighed in at 232. This is epic for me because: my maintained weight was, for a long period of time (we're talking years) 234. For the past two weeks, that blasted scale didn't move a bit and stayed locked in at 234. I kind of started irrationally fearing that my body was used to being that weight so much that I'd never get past it.

This morning's weigh in also means I've officially lost 30lbs. I had to punch a new hole in my belt this morning!

Today is awesome. I'm going to do something to celebrate!
