40 lbs gone!!!!!!!!

I am so happy to have lost 40 lbs from my all time high weight!!! It has taken me a year of calorie counting and working out, and I am recommitting today to get rid of the rest of unwanted weight!

I love 3FC and all the support I have received here.
I will try to post pics!
