:yay: This morning I weighed 199.4!! :yay:

I last weighed 199 in June 2002 (that I know of) because I joined WW that summer and lost 15 lbs. and then quit it. So my next mini goal is 184, because that puts me at my second ten percent AND at my weight in August 2002. After this time, I didn't have a scale and knew I was gaining weight, but just kept my head in the sand.

I am so happy with myself for doing this and sticking with it. This is a lifestyle change and I am never looking back to the 200's EVER!!!
