Yayyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!

  • This morning I walked 5 miles!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know others can walk way more than that with no problem BUT for me it's AWESOME
    I have just been walking 2 miles a day. I have arthritic feet, knees and hips so after standing on my feet all day at work, that's about all I could stand to walk. But this morning I just felt like I could do it! PLUS someone I love very much (my mom) noticed I was losing a lot of weight today and wanted to make me a new dress for church

    It is such a great cycle - the exercise helps with the weight loss, and it is so much easier to move with less weight, so it's hard to know which comes first but you did the time and now look at you--success!
