Lost 12 inches in 6 weeks of bootcamp!
I met with my boot camp instructor this morning and got measured, I lost 12 inches in the places I need to and gained 2 in the right places. What is crazy is that in that same 2 month time span I only lost 5lbs. It just shows that weight shouldn't be the only thing you gauge your health with. I just felt like sharing this victory because the more I focus on the small ones the closer I get to the bigger ones. Have a great day everybody and thanks for helping motivate me!
