Under 200lbs, My Progress.
 

Well at the encouragement of another because I've been feeling a little down I decided to post some pictures of my weight loss progress. I hate taking pictures of myself but here we go anyway.

This was me around my heaviest ... I avoid having pictures taken because I am so ashamed of my weight...

This was me in March, right before I got serious about exercising and started doing it daily.

This is me today, I'm a little unsure of my weight right now because I've been binging a bit, but that's ok.

Thanks guys, it's a work in progress. It's astonishing to me how I went from flabby to way more toned up in a short amount [from the second to third photo] because of exercise. What a difference.

So true. This is motivation for me to get more serious about the gym. I just got a membership and have been a bit flaky. You rock!

Thanks again! And thank you windchime, you're right, my hips do look much slimmer. It's hard to see pictures of myself and be able to see where I've improved, most of the time I just see the things I really hate.
