3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community - I Havent Felt Like This In Years!!!!!

Hi i am happy to say that i have lost 77lbs. I have come a looooong way and i am very happy I havent felt like this in years. I am starting to fit my old clothes I feel better about who i am. I am excercising all the time now. I am a runner again! i forgot how good it feels to run and sweat and work hard for what u want. Believe me when i say if you work hard u will get results! i have my bad days where i want a certain kind of food but I feel like i am more in control now then before. I make sure I deserve that treat first. If i have been a lazy bum all day long and i want something that isint part of my regular diet then I will pass until i feel i have worked hard enough. After 77lbs i am not as hard on myself like the beginning we all deserve a break here and there. I just wanna say to all of those who have just started please dont ever give up! A YEAR FROM NOW YOURE GOING TO WISH YOU HAD STARTED TODAY!!!! (read that somewhere lol) get up and excercise! make that part of youre life!
