First mini-goal 10 lbs!

  • 10 pounds gone! I've waited to share this b/c I wanted to make sure I didn't gain it back. LOL. I'd lost a little more, but gained a few pounds while at church camp with my daughter. I had brought so of our food, but not all - and the camp food was just horrible. Like eating Jeno's pizzas all week would have been healthier.

    We are getting back into our routine now, eating well and excercising. I'm meeting with a personal trainer once a month. I wish it was more often, but I can't bust the budget. It's better to rely more on myself anyway and get that nice occasional boost of motivation.

    BTW - I'm always rambly.

    So my next goal is to lose another 10 pounds by September 1st.
  • Great job! Good for you for going right back on plan... its so easy to have a bad week and want to just give up and eat horribly forever again, but its awesome that you're right back on track. The scale knows it too :P
