Extremely Mini Goal!
Well I have finally done it!
I have never stuck with a real "diet/lifestyle change" for more than a day! I have done "fasts" of no sweets & lost 30 lbs but of course gained it all back... Anyways, I have stuck with staying under 2000 calories this whole week & I worked just about every day so I couldnt work out but I lost 3lbs & I am so inspired to meet my goal of 62 more pounds!!! :) Someone said to "check in" here often; so here goes! Yay! |
Awesome...well done for the first week! Now, on to week two and your next goal! You are doing great...keep up the good work!
