My Son's Weight Loss Progress! (Pics)

My son is 19 and has been working so hard at losing weight and working out right along with me! These are his progress pics since Feb 1st. He's come so far and I am so proud of him! He is mainly eating as a vegetarian (non-Vegan) as well. Good old fashioned calorie counting and working out 5-6x/week.

Height: 5'11 238/198/170 ........Today is 40 lbs GONE!

He is lifting weights and is working on his beach bod'. College...the girls, ya know!? LOL

A biiiiiig thank you from my son and I! It's really encouraging to him and it made him smile so brightly to see the positive feedback! With how hard he's been working on his fat loss and health, it just makes me so happy to see his self esteem and confidence going up, I could just cry from the happiness I feel for him. :)

Wow, what a difference! He looks terrific! So, are girls hounding him yet? ;-)

Veggie: When we were out at the store the other evening, I noticed that more girls are taking notice of him than they were before, which made me feel really happy for him. He's still so much in the midst of re-creating his body that it appears that he is going to wait to date until he is in his 'happy place.' I will re-post his progress in August.
