An unexpected but pleasant side effect
 

Aside from feeling healthier and pulling the old clothes out of the closet because my current ones are getting too loose on me, I noticed something yesterday that really made me smile.

My nails look FABULOUS!

I guess eating healthy, exercising, and making sure to take my multivitamin every day had really made a difference. I was never a nail biter, but I could never grow nails to any real length at all. But now, my natural nails are as long as tips I have had put on in the past, and are also nice and strong. I think I am going to treat myself to a real manicure next weekend. Will be nice to have french tips without actual tips!

I find when i'm "eating clean" my skin looks better-- it's all connected!

hey i totally noticed this too!!! YAYYYYYY mine were brittle and just would snap off, from just looking at my shoe laces or the door iw as going to open wrong by accident lol

I guess I better start taking multivitamins!!
