I'm doing it, I'm meeting my mini goals!

  • I set some mini goals with a personal trainer I am working with:

    to eat out only twice a week (I was eating out a lot more)

    to cook/prepare more of my own meals (I was ordering out, eating out and eating a lot of frozen dinners)

    to exercise three times a week- last week I exercised six times a week!

    It feels so good to meet my goals and it's hard a lot of times to pass up going out to eat when it is right in front of my face - there are tons of restaurants in my town - ayiyi but it feels great to meet my mini goals and be successful. A lot of times I don't feel like cooking or exercising but I really feel better when I do.

    I just am happy right now with my progress and wanted to share!

    The next step is meeting my larger goal of losing 10lbs!

    I hope all you wonderful chicks are doing great because you are all great!! I love this site and everyone is wonderful here!
