It was all just portion control, I kept my calorie count between 1200-1500. I worked out 5-6times a week at least 30mins. I started off doing only a pilates workout video (which I still use!) and then I moved onto Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. I'm on my second round of 30DS and starting June I'm going to be moving onto p90x. I also like walking. Thats pretty much it! |
