Had my first NSV!!!!!

Well, ever since I've been back on the dieting track (since Monday), I have had my first major NSV! Tonight I got home from a stressful day at work and my normal "make me feel better" activity is grabbing a ton of fast food, parking on the couch, and stuffing my face. I got home, ate my healthy dinner, and decided I needed the fast food to comfort me after such a long day. I got in the car, drove around and found a fast food establishment that would "suffice" and ordered.

After the car in front of me drove off with their food, I pulled up...and just kept driving!!! I drove all the way home without stopping, and have not had anything else to eat!

Just so proud of myself tonight!

Go You!!! What willpower to get to the window and drive on by! I'm proud of you:carrot:

You would have eaten that junk and felt just awful, now you can feel great knowing that you can pass on the fast food! Keep up the good work!!

excellent. weighing less always feels better than those ten minutes (if that) when you eating the junk. good job, even better will power!

Fantastic willpower! You're amazing and an inspiration. It's good to know that the feeling of NOT eating it is better than the feeling of eating it!

Thanks everyone!!! I feel so great, and the NSV turned into a scale victory this morning when I weighed. I lost 1.4 pounds since yesterday! So good to see immediate rewards from decisions like that!
