10% of me now gone....FOREVER!!!
 

Went to my WW meeting this morning. Because this last 2 weeks have been hectic I was nervous about weighing in today. I was thrilled to discover that I had lost another 2.2 pounds which put me at 155.6! My WW 10% gone goal was 156.

I am so thrilled to be doing this. I know it sounds kinda "dorky" but that 10% gone keychain means a lot me.

It's not dorky at all! The day I knew I was getting mine I couldn't even sit still in my meeting I was so excited. Little motivating trinkets like that help. Keep it somewhere where you will see it often and remind yourself how far you've come when you need a boost to keep you on track. Keep up the good work and you'll have your goal star charm before you know it.

I would be excited, too! I might have to see if there are any of those keychains on ebay or anything when I reach that goal (as I'm not in WW) because it would be such a wonderful motivator. :D
