MAJOR HUGE NSV (for me anyway).

  • I have always been a walker...I walk everyday all the time. Last week I walked 12 miles in one day. My gym routine has usually consisted of me walking at 3.5 mph on full incline for an hour. The idea of going faster than that terrified me. Well I began HIIT just 5 days ago (really, just 5) and today I HAVE RAN NOT ONLY MY FIRST, BUT ALSO MY SECOND 12 MINUTE MILE!!!! 10 minute mile here I come! I think I deserve some of my first ever carrots: :c arrot:
