Mini-Goal: 75% to Goal Weight
 

I knew this was coming…I was expecting this result…yet still I am in happy happy joy joy shock right now cause I weigh 179 lbs. :carrot:

Oh. My. Goodness. Seeing the 70’s on the scale this morning nearly knocked me over because that is a very small number, I dare say ‘normal’ even. Wow, I’m in super happy mode and am having a big ol’ celebration right now!

With my weight at 179 (that is sooooo fun typing 17) that means I am officially 75% of the way to my goal weight. Since the beginning of 2009 I have lost a total of 131 lbs and am 44 lbs away from goal weight. My BMI is 28.5 so I’m also overweight (not obese), and I think I can safely say I’m fully in onderland with no possibility of going back to twoderville. Losing weight is soooooo much more fun than gaining weight!

I just started taking progress pictures at 200 lbs, so I don't have a whole lot for comparision, but here is a picture I took right before Christmas when I weighed around 200 and another picture I took this morning.
