Goldferris Hits the 220s!

It's been about 5 years since I weighed below 230. Even a few summers ago when I lost about 15 pounds, I still didn't go under that mark.

This morning I got on the scale and what did I see? 229.4!

I made it!

I am now lighter than I have been since I was 21. This is my first mini-goal and I'm excited to be inching my way to a healthy weight.
