Default Losing Weight & Gaining Confidence!!!
I wasn't sure if this was the right section to post this in, but to me this is a BIG NSV!

Along with losing 14.8 pounds, I am gaining CONFIDENCE in myself once again!

So much so that after being a stay-at-home mom (& loving it) for the past 13 years, I have decided to go back to school to update my education so that I can re-enter the workforce!!!

This is something that I would never have done a short time ago! I am so excited. Along with showing my kids that healthy eating and exercise can become a way of life, I am also going to show them that anyone can go to school and succeed!

Hooray! Good for you. Isn't it amazing what a difference a scale victory can make in your mindset to help you achieve NSVs? Good luck in school!
