I just left my doctors where I got the latest results of my bloodwork & I have dropped my cholestreol from 307 to 169! Still have some to go but all my numbers are going down!
That coupled with the fact that I'm down 10 lbs has made me pretty happy:)
Not too shabby for a little over a months time!

That is great to hear!! Sometimes I think that if we knew all the positive things going on inside we would be more encouraged--even when the scale isn't moving.

That's wonderful. Isn't it so much more encouraging to hear your doctor be proud of you than hearing, "lose weight, lower your cholesterol, blah, blah, blah!"
