Just a glance in the mirror
 

My first NSV -
I was teaching in a classroom where there was a mirror situated right at my waistline/hips.

THREE TIMES I passed the mirror and said to myself, "I DO look different! i look better!"

It was so great to notice it over and over. MOTIVATING!

Yes, the mirror can actually be a friend! Noticing the GOOD things about ourselves (inner and outer) is great motivation! Keep up the good work!

That's fab, really helps to keep motivated when you can see it. We have a mirror in the loos at work just at crotch/lower stomach height and I've definitely noticed a reduction in my (sorry I know its gross and probably too much info) belly overhang.
