Had waffles with the veg omelet this morning, but I couldn't resist on vacation. Can't wait to get back home and get stricter, but I would have eaten anything I wanted on vacation in the past. I should def have salad and protein for lunch. It is so helpful to be checking in everyday, it keeps me more accountable.

That's so fantastic! Good for you! It just re-inforces that you have the power to make these good lifestyle changes instead of thinking of it as a diet with an end!
