78 lbs "I will not miss - EVER"
 

I had gain up to a wooping 258 lbs, this was in 2007. I had been going to Weight Watcher for about two year by this time. Why you may ask - I thought as long as I am attending the meetings I will at least not gain...WRONG. I went one week as I always did, but much to my dismay I had gained 5 lbs that week, I was crushed and so mad, oh so mad. I decided right then and there that this was just stupid of me and I had to take control.

I had met this HOTTIE of a man that same week (I am single) and he showed me a little attention and I liked it. I thought WOW if he is showing me this attention at this wooping 258 lbs, what kind of attention he would show me if I loss weight.

That started my journey - and what a journey it has been. It took me one and a half years to loss the most of this 78 lbs and the rest has been very slow but this is ok, coz I feel great and this is my year that I plan to hit my goal. I have only about 38 lbs to go now and I will get there.

So with all that said here is my before and after picture.
