So I have really been pushing myself with my exercise and really being vigilent about my eating and although I have been stuck at the same weight for a while a co-worker came up to me today and told me I really look like I've lost more weight!! I can't tell you how great that feels. I have been experimenting a lot lately with my eating so finally something is working!

I love that feeling!! It so shouldn't matter, we're doing this for ourselves, blah, blah, but it feels so good!! Congrats!!

:cheer2: Woo hoo! That's great. I hate when the scale gets stuck, but it's fantastic knowing that even if the numbers aren't going down your body is getting healthier and trimmer. Keep up the great work!!!! :cheer2:
