I usually hang out in the 100+ "room" here, but thought I'd also post here since I seem to be fishing for compliments ;)

Yesterday when I got on the scale, I was down to "overweight" territory on the BMI. I've been waiting for this mini-goal for a long long time! :carrot:

Now, I can move on to my next mini-goal which is losing 50% of my starting weight.

Matt dear! How can u call this a mini goal? Cuz it is a huge...let's have a parade huge goal! Calling this a "mini-goal" seems to lessen the impact.

Thanks for sharing - it's fun to celebrate with you (and you know how much people from New Orleans love to celebrate) - but more importantly, it reminds all of us of what can be achieved with hard work, determination and perseverance - that's important no matter how much we need to lose but really inspires those of us with what sometimes feels like an overwhelming amount.
