Its such a happy day today after eating chinese food yesterday I've managed to lose a pound I've officialy lost 60 pounds I have faith that I will lose the rest and be at my goal weight by this time next year or earlier! My mind still hasn't caught up with my weight loss for some reason but the scale and clothes don't lie Happy New Year To everyone I hope 2010 is good to us all and we reach our goals!
