I think that the secret is not to set really short-term goals. Those diets that promise really fast results never help with ultimately losing weight.
There is no magic trick, set long-term goals and keep on them. Pay attention to these 5 things and you will suceed: 1. Count calories 2. Buy a lot of fresh fruits and veggies 3. Cut the junk 4. Drink lots of water 5. Start moving Hope it helps Jenny |
