1st Mini Goal reached-a week early!
 

My first mini goal was to be under 220 by Thanksgiving. Well, today is Tuesday, and I stepped on the scale this morning and it said 219!!! Yay!!! I started my journey at 232 and am now at 219-I'm SOOOOO excited!!!

Nothing keeps me motivated more than seeing and feeling results-woot woot!!!:carrot:
