My First Day Back~25lbs to go!!

I am starting over again today with the Fat Smashers diet. I am getting my menu all planned out for the week and I will need it becasue these 9 days of detox (no sugar,caffeine,coffee) are going to kill me....but this time it is for real - 25 pounds byFeb/B - Go ME!!!!!!
