Six Week Stats!
 

I am so proud of myself, I couldn't help but post these stats, even though I'm doing an 8 week program (Metabolism Miracle).

I stepped on the scale for the first time today in 6 weeks and found that I have lost 11.4 pounds!!!! :carrot::carrot::carrot:

I've lost a total of 11", with 4 of those coming off my waist!

And..... (drum roll, please!) My BMI is now 29 and I'm official overweight instead of obese! :carrot::carrot::carrot:

I just wanted to say thank you for providing such a great resource to me, as well as a place to brag about my success. I feel invincible today!

WOW, you're really off to a great start with amazing results - good for you - those stats should really keep you motivated and on track!
