First Six Pounds - EXPUNGED!

    In 2008, I lost 42 pounds, but in the year since, I've been struggling with health issues, and gained all but 15lbs. It's been a tough year, and only in the last month or so have I REALLY gotten things under control and buckled down on my eating. (Not doing so good on the exercise front yet, though. )

    Today I weighed in and SIX of those pounds are EXPUNGED! I'm really, really proud of myself and I just wanted to share my good news with people who would appreciate it. Can we all do one big W00t???
