I just want to share the success that I think I have finally realized and admitted to myself that I have a problem. I am an overeater! Realizing this has truly helped me to know that I have to set limits for myself. I can't just eat whatever I want and however much I want to anymore. I decided to eat a portion-controlled diet and this has really helped me. I'm already on my way and have lost 5 pounds so far!
