Thumbs up I think I got it!
I just want to share the success that I think I have finally realized and admitted to myself that I have a problem. I am an overeater! Realizing this has truly helped me to know that I have to set limits for myself. I can't just eat whatever I want and however much I want to anymore. I decided to eat a portion-controlled diet and this has really helped me. I'm already on my way and have lost 5 pounds so far!

It's amazing that while we're doing so much work to change our bodies, that we forget how much our minds have to change too. Sometimes, I think that's the hardest part. I'm still working on the games my head can play with me.
