Mini goal achieved

Feeling good as achieved my third mini goal today - 1st was to get under 12 stone (168lb) - then to get my BMI under 30 so I was no longer obese. The next was to lose a stone (14lb) - which I achieved when I stepped on the scales today - managed this in 2 months so feeling very happy.
Next mini goal is to get to be under 11 stone (154lb) - nearly there now!
