A baby step in the right direction
So this is a teeny-tiny mini-goal but I am really proud! So basically I decided I needed to get this 30lbs of left-over pregnancy weight and plus another 50+ lbs I should have lost before I got pregnant! I thought though that I was "too far gone" and just happened to stumble upon this forum and saw how amazing everyone on here is doing and it gave me hope! So 10 days ago I started to watch my calories (though I can't go as low as I want to because I'm still nursing)... Basically with my past history with dieting has always lasted less than a week and my husband looked at me and told me that this would be the same... Someone challenging me was probably the best thing for me! Because here I am at day TEN and still going strong and feeling great! And I did my first weigh in today and I've lost 2lbs!!! :carrot: I'm hoping to keep up this life-style change (not diet;) ) for a long, long time

Heh... I am like you -- if someone doubts I can do something, I am hot to prove them wrong! BTW, is there anyone who doesn't think I can't reach goal? ;)
