Help
Hi,
I started my weight loss journey about 2 months ago. I work out everyday and I'm doing less than 1600 calories a day. I'll also fast intermittently and have only twice let myself have something I know I shouldn't (a taco salad and 2 cracker barrel biscuits). My diet consists of boiled eggs, peanut butter, a bagel, Cesar salad, lots of roasted veggies using olive oil, healthy choice TV dinners, and slim fast. I'll occasionally eat chicken or steak, roasted. I also eat whole grain bread, drink roughly 64 ounces of water a day, and some diet green tea.
I'm losing weight and I'm all in mentally and physically. I work out everyday. This includes walking 3.74 kilometers, weight lifting, planks, crunches, you name it, alternating days. I've lost about 40 pounds but I have 140 more to go.
What I need help with is I weigh myself often and it keeps fluctuating. I can't seem to get below 290 and I'm struggling with the belly fat. Any suggestions on how to step up my game? I want to be down to at least 200 in the next 12 months, earlier if possible.
