hey guys.
I knew you guys would appreciate this.
in three days I've gone from being 15.3 stone to just 15!
its not amazing but I'm happy my new diet is working! I feel alot more healthy.
and considering how badly my "friends" are treating me recently I feel proud I didnt go taking my problems out on the fridge!!

Wow! Congrats! I know how hard it is not to turn to the fridge as I'm an emotional eater as well!
