half way there

I was writing another post and looked down at my ticker. I realized ive made it half-way through my weight loss journey, I lost 36lbs. It took me 4 1/2 monthes to lose weight. Its a great feeling to know im on the wagon and not off it!

That;s great. It took me 3 months to lose a measly 3 pounds so I think you are doing fantastic.
