Yeah! I am finally in a size 16 with no "W" after the number. It is hard to believe that back in December I was in 20W. My goal would be in a size 12. I don't know if I can do that but I already am happy with the way I look. I like being able to shop in the ladies section where there are so many more selections. School is starting this week and the staff and parents have been full of compliments. Even though I had lost about 30 pounds at the end of the school year these last10 pounds have really started to show the difference!

Congrats! I'm just beginning and although today has been a little shaky, I'm much more aware of what I'm eating and making better choices.

That's great! I'm currently in an 18 and some are tight. Can't wait until I can say I'm in a 16 (that is my first goal). I really think mini goals help keep a person from getting overwhelmed. Way to go! Keep up the good work. You'll be in a 12 before you know it.
