First ten pounds
 

I lost my first ten pounds today! (well 12.5 LOL). That was a very mini-goal but it's something!!!!! Took about 4 weeks, but I wasn't on fully the first week so hopefully smooth sailing from here!

Awesome! It isn't a very mini-goal at all! It's a great accomplishment. Next you'll have shed 10%--and that's HUGE!

Thank you all! This diet works really well for me when I can stay on it. I should be losing 5 lbs/week but I take a day off which throws me out of fat burning. AND I'm going on vacation next week which is sure to screw me up. BUT I am hoping to be in onederland before I leave! 3.5 lbs COME ON!!!!!!!!! I WILL get there! I WILL! If not I'll just have to stay on my diet in Vegas! (Which I SO Don't watn to do!)
