20.4lbs gone forever!

I lost 6lbs this week :woohoo: (10.5 hrs of exercise :ebike:) bringing my weight loss to 20.4 lbs since I started this journey. I'm proud of myself, and I know that I can do this again, again, again, again, again, and again until I reach my goal. :carrot:
