Finally the scale moved!

After 3 months of a self induced scale stand still........ It moved--- 7.5 pounds worth--- and it was my birthday Saturday and I ate Japanese! It is amazing what happens when you diet and exercise both! Woo Hoo. I am excited. I have another 15 to lose for my first goal, not sure how much after that.

I just wanted to shout! :carrot:

Thank you all so much! I am still losing..... but now a bit slower. BUT, I will take it however I can get it.
