What a GREAT feeling to reach your goal. I also LOVE that you aren’t getting discouraged when it takes a little longer then you’d like to take off the weight and you just keep going. I really think that is the key to success.

I’m also a fan of taking the weight off slowly. It certainly has helped me keep the weight off. :snail:

I love your 10lbs mini goals, and that you are not overwhelming yourself by looking at your whole goal.

Oh and buying a jump rope as a reward!!!! AWESOME!!!! I use to reward myself with food and I realized that mentally I had made a huge change when I stopped doing that. Seeing you rewarding yourself with something healthy it’s GREAT! I feel inspired to go out and work harder! I have a difficult mini goal coming up and I really needed that little extra motivation.

I love the pics too. Your smile says it all.

Thanks everyone!!! :) It felt good just making this thread, but now that everyone has checked it out and commented it is even better! I am still feeling high, but have now set my next goal of 189- I got this ten lbs!! :)

Oh, the jump rope is pretty fun... I am a bit rusty though but I have had fun trying! :P
