May not be much, but...

I met my first mini-goal! Losing 15 pounds was my first mini-goal. I wanted a first goal that was big enough to be substantial and for me 15 pounds is because I have not been very successful in the past. Compared to the accomplishments of so many people on this board it may be a small achievement, but I am still really excited that I met it! :carrot::carrot::carrot:

15 pounds is great !

Hey, don't minimize your accomplishment. Even those people who have lost phenomenal amounts started out with a small loss of a few pounds. Go lift a 15-pound sack of potatoes and then come back and tell us that it's not very much!

Congratulations--your hard work is paying off!

Exactly! I was thinking 7lbs isn't much. And then I realized, hey, that's the size of a baby human!
