Goodbye, Morbid/Severe Obesity!
 

I weighed in this morning at 262.2.

This brought my BMI down to 39.87.

BMIs over 40 are classified are severe/morbid obesity.

I have been in that classification for my entire adult life.

This is a very happy day for me.
A very happy day indeed!!
